1. Are your products authentic?

All our items are 100% authentic and ordered directly from official Korean channels only. We do not sell replicas, counterfeits, or imitation products.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

For Preorder Items:
Preorder items usually take 2 to 4 weeks from the order date to arrive. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, shipping schedules, or supplier-related issues.

For Ready Stock Items:
Ready stock items typically take 3 to 5 working days to arrive after your order is placed.

If you order both ready stock and preorder items, they will be shipped together unless you request separate shipping (extra charges might apply).

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayNow only for all transactions. Full payment is required at checkout to confirm your order.

4. Can I cancel, modify, or get a refund on a preorder?

No.  Preorders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once placed, as the items are specially ordered for you from Korea.

5. What happens if an item I pre ordered is out of stock?

If your preorder item becomes unavailable from our supplier, we will offer you either a full refund or a replacement item of your choice (any price difference will be settled accordingly).

6. Can I return or exchange my order?

We only accept returns or exchanges if you receive the wrong item (e.g., incorrect product, size, or color) due to our error.

If this happens, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item and ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

We will offer either a free exchange or a full refund, depending on item availability.

7. Where do we ship and what is the postage fees?

We currently only ship within Singapore and free doorstep delivery for all orders .

8. What if I provided the wrong address?

Please ensure your shipping and contact details are accurate when placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
